# Terms of Use — Abacus+

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Abacus+ mobile 
application ("the app", "Abacus+"), developed by Vijayvir Singh 
(Antfire Labs). By downloading, installing, or using Abacus+, you 
agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

**Note:** These Terms are in addition to Apple's Standard End User 
License Agreement (EULA) which applies to all apps distributed via 
the App Store:

In case of conflict, Apple's EULA controls where required by Apple.

## 1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable 
license to install and use Abacus+ on any Apple device that you own 
or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in 
accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

## 2. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
- Remove or alter proprietary notices
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Circumvent in-app purchase mechanics or use unauthorized tools 
  to gain purchases without payment
- Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or resell the app

## 3. In-App Purchases

Abacus+ offers optional in-app purchases:

- **Coffee tips** (Small $0.99, Regular $2.99, Large $4.99, 
  Deluxe $9.99) — **Consumable**. These are voluntary contributions 
  to support ongoing development. Buying any coffee also grants 
  ad-free access as a thank-you. Coffee tips increase your in-app 
  supporter rank.
- **Remove Ads Forever** ($1.99) — **Non-Consumable**. Removes 
  banner and interstitial advertising permanently on Apple IDs you 
  sign into.

**All purchases are:**
- Processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID
- Non-refundable except as required by law or by Apple's own 
  refund policy: <https://support.apple.com/HT204084>
- Restorable via the **Restore Purchases** button in Settings for 
  non-consumable products (Remove Ads Forever). Consumable coffee 
  tips are not restorable, per Apple's policy.

**Coffee tips are tips, not donations.** We are not a charitable 
organization. No goods or services are provided in exchange for 
coffee tips beyond the in-app rank/ad-free thank-you.

## 4. Advertising

Abacus+ is free to use and supported by advertising delivered by 
Google AdMob. Purchasing Remove Ads Forever or any coffee tip 
disables in-app advertising. We are not responsible for the content 
of third-party advertisements.

## 5. User Data

All app data (progress, streaks, scores, purchase history) is 
stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently 
erases this data. We do not maintain backups on our servers.

## 6. Intellectual Property

Abacus+ and all related trademarks, logos, graphics, text, sound, 
and software are the property of Vijayvir Singh / Antfire Labs and 
are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

## 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Abacus+ is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of 
any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to 
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or 
non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, 
or free from harmful components.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Vijayvir 
Singh or Antfire Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, 
special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of 
data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Abacus+.

Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of 
your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the 
app or in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim.

## 9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license to use the app immediately 
if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete the 
app from your devices. Purchased Remove Ads Forever entitlements 
remain honored on your Apple ID.

## 10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the 
app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 
Please review this page periodically.

## 11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to 
its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the 
courts located in Punjab, India, unless a local consumer-protection 
law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your home 
jurisdiction.
