This Privacy Policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and the choices you have. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. SUMMARY -------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Your LOCATION is used ONLY on your device to detect geofence entry and exit. It is not sent to us. * Your VOICE RECORDINGS stay ONLY on your device. We never receive them. * Your APPLE MUSIC playback is handled by Apple's frameworks; we do not receive your listening history. * Non-Pro users see ads served by GOOGLE ADMOB, which processes advertising identifiers according to your consent and system settings. * SUBSCRIPTION STATUS is handled by Apple's StoreKit; we do not store payment details. * GEOFENCE DATA is stored locally on your device via SwiftData. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES -------------------------------------------------------------------------- GOOGLE ADMOB (non-Pro users only) We use Google AdMob to serve advertising. AdMob may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier (IDFA — only if you granted App Tracking Transparency permission), IP address, general location (city-level), and interaction with ads. Where required (EU / EEA / UK / Switzerland), we present the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form the first time the App loads ads. You may reset your ad-consent choice from Settings on your device. These are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ STOREKIT 2 (subscriptions) Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We only receive an entitlement flag telling us whether your Pro subscription is active. We do not receive your Apple ID, name, or payment method. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4. WHAT WE DO NOT DO -------------------------------------------------------------------------- * We do not operate a user account system — no email/password is required to use the App. * We do not sell or rent your personal data. * We do not upload your location, recordings, listening history, or geofence data to any server. * We do not use analytics SDKs that transmit personal data to us. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY -------------------------------------------------------------------------- GPS Tunes is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. YOUR RIGHTS -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Because we do not maintain a server-side account for you, most of these rights can be exercised directly on your device: * Delete all data — uninstall the App. * Revoke location, microphone, or notification permissions — Settings → Privacy. * Reset your ad-consent choice — Settings → GPS Tunes (if available in your region). * Manage or cancel your subscription — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. DATA RETENTION -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Because we do not receive your data on our servers, retention is entirely under your control. Deleting the App removes all local data. INTERNATIONAL USERS -------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you use the App outside your country of residence, be aware that the App runs entirely on your device; no cross-border transfers of data by us occur. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
