GPS TUNES — TERMS OF USE Last updated: September 6, 2026 Developer: AntFire Labs Contact: virvijay37@gmail.com Welcome to GPS Tunes ("the App"), developed and operated by AntFire Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE -------------------------------------------------------------------------- GPS Tunes lets you attach music, playlists, and voice recordings to real-world locations ("geofences") on your iPhone. When you enter a geofence, the App can automatically play the attached media using Apple Music or your local voice recordings. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. ELIGIBILITY -------------------------------------------------------------------------- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher) to use the App. By using GPS Tunes you represent that you meet this requirement. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. LICENSE -------------------------------------------------------------------------- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms. You may not: * Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App. * Rent, lease, lend, resell, or sublicense the App. * Use the App to violate any law, third-party rights, or the terms of any third-party service (including Apple Music). * Circumvent the free-tier limits, subscription checks, or advertising displays. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & IN-APP PURCHASES -------------------------------------------------------------------------- GPS Tunes offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Pro") that unlock unlimited geofences and remove advertising. Pricing is displayed inside the App at the time of purchase. * Billing — Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. * Renewal — Your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. * Managing / Cancelling — You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. * Free Trial — Any free-trial portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription during the trial period. * Refunds — All refund requests are handled by Apple according to the App Store Refund Policy. We cannot issue refunds directly. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5. LOCATION SERVICES -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The App requests "Always" location permission in order to detect region entry/exit while backgrounded. You may revoke this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy → Location Services. Without "Always" permission, automatic playback at geofences will not work. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6. APPLE MUSIC -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Playback of songs and playlists requires an active Apple Music subscription and authorization for the App to access your Apple Music library. GPS Tunes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Your use of Apple Music through the App is governed by Apple's terms. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7. RECORDINGS -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Voice recordings you make using the App are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, transmit, or process your recordings on any server. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8. ADVERTISING -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Non-Pro users see advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Before ads are loaded, we present Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form when required (e.g., in the EU/EEA/UK). See our Privacy Policy for details. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9. USER CONTENT -------------------------------------------------------------------------- You are solely responsible for the media you associate with geofences and the voice memos you record. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you use with the App. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 10. DISCLAIMERS -------------------------------------------------------------------------- THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy of location detection, or availability of Apple Music content. Do not use the App in a manner that distracts you from safe operation of a motor vehicle or from your surroundings. You are responsible for your own safety and awareness at all times. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY -------------------------------------------------------------------------- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTFIRE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 12. INDEMNIFICATION -------------------------------------------------------------------------- You agree to indemnify and hold AntFire Labs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 13. TERMINATION -------------------------------------------------------------------------- We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS -------------------------------------------------------------------------- We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top and, where reasonable, communicated in-app. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 15. GOVERNING LAW -------------------------------------------------------------------------- These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required. Otherwise, they are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AntFire Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 16. APPLE END-USER LICENSE -------------------------------------------------------------------------- You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and AntFire Labs only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
