FARM NOTES PLUS — TERMS OF USE Last updated: 1 August 2026 Farm Notes Plus (the "App") is developed and published by Ant Fire Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. 1. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Farm Notes Plus. If you are using the App on behalf of a farm, business or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf. 2. DESCRIPTION OF THE APP Farm Notes Plus is a personal record-keeping tool for farms. It helps you track fields, crop cycles, activities, workers, attendance, ledger entries, reminders and related farm data. The App does NOT provide agronomic, financial, legal or professional advice. Any advice-like content (e.g. suggested crop durations, weather forecasts) is provided "as-is" for reference only. 3. YOUR ACCOUNT & DATA All data you enter into the App is your own. We do not claim ownership of your farm data. Depending on your settings, your data is stored: (a) locally on your device, or (b) in your personal iCloud account (Farm Cloud subscribers only, when iCloud Sync is enabled in Settings). You are solely responsible for keeping your Apple ID sign-in and device secure. 4. BACKUP IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY — DATA LOSS DISCLAIMER IMPORTANT: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, CORRUPTION, DELETION, OR INACCESSIBILITY OF YOUR DATA, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • device damage, loss, theft, reset, or replacement; • iCloud, Apple ID, or CloudKit outages, quota limits, or account changes; • operating-system updates, crashes, or storage corruption; • uninstalling, reinstalling or migrating the App; • sync conflicts, force re-uploads, or actions taken from other devices signed into the same iCloud account; • intentional or accidental "Erase All Data" / "Reset CloudKit Store" actions taken by you; • bugs, defects, or unforeseen errors in the App or any third-party software. YOU MUST TAKE YOUR OWN BACKUPS. We strongly recommend that you: • Export important records regularly (CSV / PDF from within the App); • Print hard copies of critical ledgers, attendance sheets and reports; • Keep independent digital backups outside of this App (email, external drive, cloud drive of your choice, etc.). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ant Fire Labs shall have no liability whatsoever for data loss, and you agree not to hold us responsible for any resulting financial, operational, or personal loss. 5. SUBSCRIPTIONS ("FARM CLOUD" / PREMIUM) Farm Cloud is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) through the Apple App Store. • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. • Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Renewal is charged within 24 hours of the current period ending. • You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in the App Store (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). • No refunds are provided by us for partial periods. Refund requests must be made through Apple. • Downgrading between plans takes effect at the end of the current billing period per Apple's rules. 6. FREE TIER, ADS, AND LIMITS Users who are not subscribed may see banner, interstitial, or app-open advertisements served by Google AdMob. Certain features (unlimited weather, iCloud sync, ad-free experience) are limited or reserved for Farm Cloud subscribers. 7. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to: • use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of local law; • attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App; • use the App to store, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes anyone's rights; • overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any server, service, or network used by the App. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The App (including its code, design, icons, artwork, and branding) is owned by Ant Fire Labs and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store terms. 9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The App uses services provided by third parties, including: • Apple StoreKit (for subscriptions); • Apple CloudKit / iCloud (for sync — subscribers only); • Google AdMob (for advertising — free users only); • Apple WeatherKit / system location services (for weather data). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues arising from these third-party services. 10. AVAILABILITY & CHANGES We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE. 12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANT FIRE LABS AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, CROP LOSS, BUSINESS LOSS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, IF ANY, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS. 13. INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify and hold Ant Fire Labs harmless from any claim, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms. 14. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. 15. APPLE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. 16. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Ropar / Chandigarh, India, unless local mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise. 17.
